RETURN POLICY

At The Gaming Hub, we stand by the quality of our Gaming PCs. We are committed to providing you with a seamless gaming experience. Our 6-month warranty ensures your purchase is protected against manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under the following conditions:

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to Gaming PCs purchased directly from The Gaming Hub and covers:

  1. Hardware Defects: Malfunctions due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  2. Component Issues: Faulty CPUs, GPUs, RAM, or other hardware components installed by us.

 

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Damage due to misuse or negligence, such as spills, drops, or unauthorized repairs.

  2. Software-related issues, including viruses, malware, or OS malfunctions.

  3. Modifications or upgrades not performed by our authorized service centers.

  4. Cosmetic wear and tear, like scratches or discoloration.

  5. Damage caused by external factors, including power surges, improper voltage, or natural disasters.

 

Return Process

If your Gaming PC encounters an issue within the 6-month warranty period:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@thegaminghub.com or call (+353) 083 032 1891 with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting images or videos.

  2. Technical Assistance: Our team will assess the problem and guide you through basic troubleshooting.

  3. Return Authorization: If the issue is not resolved remotely, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  4. Shipping:

    • For eligible warranty claims, we will cover return shipping costs within Ireland.

    • Package the Gaming PC securely using the original packaging to prevent further damage.

  5. Inspection & Repair/Replacement: Once we receive the PC, our technicians will inspect it:

    • If repairable, the PC will be fixed and returned.

    • If irreparable, we will provide a replacement or a refund (as applicable).

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not feasible.

  • Refunds exclude any shipping costs, except in cases of manufacturer defect.

 

Timeframe

We aim to process all warranty claims within 10-15 business days from the receipt of the product.

Note: Warranty claims after the 6-month period will not be accepted. For extended coverage, please inquire about our optional extended warranty plans at the time of purchase.
