SHIPPING POLICY

At The Gaming Hub, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. We partner with An Post to provide secure shipping and tracking services for all Gaming PC orders. Please read our shipping policy below for detailed information.

1. Shipping Areas

1.1 Domestic Shipping: We deliver to all regions within Ireland.
1.2 International Shipping: An Post international services are available for select countries. Shipping availability and costs will be confirmed at checkout.

2. Shipping Times

2.1 Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2.2 Delivery Estimates:

  • Domestic Deliveries: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Deliveries: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.
3.2 Free shipping may be available for orders over €1400 within Ireland.

4. Shipping Tracking

4.1 Tracking Details: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to monitor your shipment via the An Post Track and Trace service https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/Search.
4.2 Real-Time Updates: Track your package in real-time to know its current status and estimated delivery date.

5. Delivery Conditions

5.1 Recipient Responsibility: Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If delivery is missed, An Post may leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection.
5.2 Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may lead to delays or additional charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

6.1 Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@thegaminghub.com or info@thegaminghub.com so we can assist with an investigation through An Post.
6.2 Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, notify the delivery person immediately and contact us within 48 hours to report the issue.

7. International Duties and Taxes

7.1 Customs Clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
7.2 Delays Due to Customs: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
